    We all know how important good sleep is for our well-being! Melatonin tablets can naturally and effectively help you. In addition to melatonin, they also contain L-tryptophan and vitamin B6.

     

    Melatonin is a natural hormone that regulates mental and physiological activities in sync with the body's daily biorhythm. The level of melatonin in the blood normally rises every night and affects the body's daily rhythm (circadian rhythm).

    Our body naturally produces melatonin with the help of the pituitary gland, specifically from the amino acid L-tryptophan. The production of melatonin in the body decreases with age.

    L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that must be consumed through food or dietary supplements, as our body cannot produce it on its own.

     

    Melatonin contributes to shortening the time needed to fall asleep*.

     

    *The effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

     

    The reason for prolonged waiting for sleep can also be working night shifts or traveling by plane across different time zones (jet lag).

     

    Melatonin contributes to alleviating subjective feelings due to time difference when traveling by plane (jet lag)**.

     

    **The effect is achieved by taking at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and the following days after arriving at the destination.

    Warnings: Recommended daily amounts or doses should not be exceeded. Dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children! Driving and operating machinery are not recommended within five hours after taking. Store protected from moisture and direct sunlight, at a temperature up to 25°C.

    DETAILED WARNINGS, INTENDED TO INFORM CONSUMERS
    Dietary supplements with melatonin should be taken in accordance with the natural circadian (day-night) rhythm of endogenous melatonin, which means after it gets dark, as close to the usual bedtime as possible. Due to insufficient data on long-term safety, melatonin intake is advised only occasionally. 
    Individuals who experience drowsiness and fatigue the next day due to melatonin intake should not drive or perform tasks requiring attention, as drowsiness could pose a safety issue. 
    Melatonin intake is not recommended for individuals with inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, epilepsy, asthma, mood disorders, behavioral or personality disorders, and all those taking any medications, unless they consult a doctor before starting intake. Melatonin intake is not recommended in combination with synthetic or natural substances with sedative or hypnotic properties.
