Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is a prickly plant from the Asteraceae family, which blooms with characteristic purple flowers. The most useful part of the plant is the fruit (for juices, tinctures...), in addition to it, the roots and leaves are also consumed (for example, for preparing salads).

In folk tradition, milk thistle is also known by the names:

For even greater effectiveness of the juice, added antioxidant vitamin C takes care of it, which plays a role in protecting cells from oxidative stress and the functioning of the immune system, in addition, it also increases the absorption of iron, contributes to the renewal of the reduced form of vitamin E, contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, releasing energy in metabolism and contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.

The product is a dietary supplement. 

Recommended daily dose: 50 ml. 2 times a day, 25 ml each time, half an hour before meals. Shake well before use.
