Siberian Fir (Abies sibirica) is an evergreen tree that mainly thrives in the Siberian region, but is also widespread in North America. It belongs to conifers, grows up to 35 meters in height, and is extremely resistant to low temperatures, as it can survive even at -50 °C.

The needles are most commonly used, namely for obtaining oil, while the aromatic resin was once used by ancient peoples to prepare ointments, but today it is used in the production of perfumes.

• as an essential oil (aromatherapy),
• body care – rub the oil on various parts of the body, such as muscles and joints,
• for a bath (20 min),
• as an addition to cream, liquid soap, or other cosmetic products for daily care,
• for inhalation – add a few drops of oil to hot water and inhale for about 5 minutes.

Siberian Fir oil is produced by steam distillation of Siberian Fir needles and young branches. It is transparent to slightly yellowish in color and is considered one of the most popular oils in aromatherapy due to its natural aroma, which is rich, resinous, and reminiscent of the scent of a pine forest.
