Kudzu root or Japanese arrowroot (Pueraria lobata) is a plant similar to a vine, usually found as a weed covering trees or shrubs. It is a fast-growing vine that can grow up to 30 cm per day. It thrives best in forests and forest edges.

Each capsule contains at least 50 mg of isoflavones from Kudzu root extract.
