Wild teasel (Dipsacus fullonum L.) grows throughout Europe and Asia. In Slovenia, it has been known in the diet for a very long time, our grandmothers and grandfathers used it. We recognize it by its bitter taste, which naturally supports the secretion of juices.

Wild teasel also has a positive effect on the whole body. It is recommended to increase your daily fluid intake during the intake of wild teasel. It is also recommended to drink teas from nettle, horsetail, and birch while taking teasel.

Recommended daily dose: 1-2 capsules. Take one whole capsule, half an hour before a meal, with plenty of liquid.
