Cedar is an evergreen tree classified as a conifer, originating from the eastern Mediterranean and the Himalayas. Several cedar species exist, with the Siberian cedar, native to Europe and Asia, being the most common. It is used for oil production, renowned for its numerous beneficial properties, which were valued in ancient times. In Siberia, they believe that oil from Siberian cedar nuts embodies cosmic energy, traditionally pressed during every full moon.

Cedar oil is derived from cedar seeds grown in ecologically pristine areas of Siberia, rich in unsaturated fatty acids and a high proportion of vitamin E. It is obtained by cold pressing, using no heat sources or chemical processes during production. It contains only 100% pure pressed oil and has no added preservatives.
