HealthyWorld's Vitamin B50 complex contains 7 B vitamins - B1 or thiamine, B2 or riboflavin, B3 or niacin, B6 or pyridoxine, B7 or biotin, B9 or folic acid, B12 or cyanocobalamin.

It combines 7 B vitamins - including inositol, choline and PABO.

In addition to the B vitamins, the complex also contains PABO or P-aminobenzoic acid, inositol and choline bitartrate. The latter is often classified as a B vitamin because it has similar properties and our bodies are not able to produce it on their own. Choline in bitartrate form allows for excellent absorption and thus better utilisation.

Inositol, on the other hand, is actually a sugar that our body produces from the glucose and carbohydrates we consume. It is present in all body tissues, but the highest concentrations are found in the brain.
