Inositol is a sugar that is found in various forms in the body and nature, with one of the most common being myo-inositol. The body produces it from glucose and carbohydrates that we consume. It is found in all body tissues, with the highest concentrations being in the brain.

It combines excellently with choline, which is a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Choline is classified as a B-group vitamin, which means that the body cannot produce it on its own, but it must be consumed through a balanced diet.

The capsules contain inositol in the form of myo-inositol and choline in bitartrate form, which are biologically highly available and therefore easily absorbed by the body. They work excellently in combination, while also being extremely important in their respective areas.

Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and also to:

• normal homocysteine metabolism - an amino acid that the body breaks down into other substances it needs, and
