African Black Soap - natural soap made from cocoa fruits and vegetable oils.

Black soap is a natural soap originating from West Africa. It is gentle and suitable for all skin types, as it contains excellent natural ingredients. 

African Black Soap by the FutuNatura brand is a hard soap of marbled brown color and is traditionally naturally produced, without further processing. It contains:

• palm oil,
• coconut oil,
• shea butter,
• active ingredients obtained from the shells of cocoa fruits (Theobroma cacao).

The soap is made only from vegetable oils and cocoa fruit shells, and does not contain sulfates, dyes, or artificial fragrances. In cosmetics, it is considered a versatile soap, as it can be used for:

• face - for cleansing the face, for acne-prone and sensitive skin care… because it contains shea butter and vegetable oils, it can also be used for makeup removal,
• body - for showering, but can also be used during a relaxing bath, 
• hair - you can use it instead of shampoo.

Authentic black soap made from natural ingredients, called "Alata Samina".

In the African local dialect, the soap is called Alata Samina, where "Alata" means "hot pepper" (or chili), and the term is also used for "chili or hot pepper seller", while "Samina" means "soap". The soap was brought to the present-day region of Ghana from Nigeria - it was brought there by women who were selling chilies. Therefore, the name Alata Samina roughly translates to "chili sellers' soap". 

Instructions for use: Apply the soap to the skin, massage well and rinse with cold water. 

Recipe for shower gel: Melt half of the soap in 250 ml of water, add 1 teaspoon of shea butter, honey, and lemon juice. Heat the mixture in warm water until the ingredients are completely dissolved. The gel naturally separates - so shake well before use.

Ingredients (INCI): cocoa shell (source of potassium), palm oil, coconut oil, shea butter.

Does not contain SLS (Sodium lauryl sulfate), dyes or artificial fragrances.
