Magnesium is supplemented with extract of Griffonia seeds (Griffonia simplicifolia), also known as African black bean. It is a natural source of the amino acid 5-HTP, which synthesizes serotonin and melatonin in the body. 

Griffonia contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, as it naturally supports improvement of brain activity.
