Grape seeds – once a by-product of grapes, now a highly valued plant-based raw material.

Grapes (Vitis vinifera) have a long history of cultivation, particularly in the Mediterranean and other wine-growing regions of Europe. Although we usually focus most of our attention on their juicy fruit, interesting plant compounds are also hidden in the tiny seeds.

It is precisely these grape seeds that, through the development of modern processing methods, have become a valued raw material for the preparation of plant extracts. Purely Nutrition uses French-sourced grape seeds in its formula, offering their carefully prepared extract in a convenient capsule form.

95% OPC – oligomeric proanthocyanidins from the polyphenol group.

Among the characteristic compounds found in grape seeds are OPC, or oligomeric proanthocyanidins, which belong to the polyphenol group. It is precisely this high OPC content that is one of the key features of the Purely Nutrition formula.

The extract is used in an 18:1 ratio, standardised to 95% OPC. The daily dose provides 190 mg of OPC from 200 mg of extract, with the amount of extract used corresponding to as much as 3,600 mg of grape seeds.

For an active everyday life, full of various challenges.

When work, training, exercise and numerous daily obligations intertwine, mindful self-care becomes an even more important part of your routine. OPC is therefore an interesting choice for anyone who, even during busier periods, is looking for ways to supplement their diet with selected plant-based compounds.

Purely Nutrition OPC is aimed primarily at active individuals, people with a dynamic lifestyle and anyone wishing to focus more on OPC as a specific type of plant polyphenol as part of their long-term self-care.
