It contains hardy Bacillus coagulans cultures that are resistant to stomach acid.

Microbiological cultures are live microorganisms that are naturally present in our digestive system. Although the word "bacteria" often has negative connotations, these cultures are essential for our vitality. They work in several ways in the gut:

• Maintaining balance: "Good" and "bad" bacteria are constantly competing in our intestines. Adding beneficial cultures helps maintain the dominance of good bacteria, which prevents problems such as bloating.
• Assisting with food processing: These cultures help break down certain parts of food that our bodies cannot process on their own, releasing important nutrients and vitamins.
• Defensive wall: They colonize the intestinal wall, creating a natural barrier that hinders the action of harmful substances from the environment.
