COLLABORATION TERMS

These terms set out the rules that govern the relationship between the ambassador (the person giving consent) and Be Healthy Group d.o.o. when working together on a specific project, event or activity. They define the parties’ rights, responsibilities, obligations and the conditions of the collaboration. 

By submitting the contact form and agreeing to these terms, the ambassador consents to the following:

1. Scope of the Collaboration

The ambassador agrees that all materials supplied to Be Healthy Group d.o.o., Poslovna cona A10, 4208 Šenčur, may be used in marketing campaigns across all channels used to advertise and promote products or services.

2. Ambassador’s Responsibilities

The ambassador agrees to:

- prepare/publish all content (raw assets/posts/stories) as agreed with Be Healthy Group d.o.o. via email, 
- act honestly and transparently, delivering authentic content that is their own original work, with all necessary permissions in place, 
- promote their personalised discount code, where agreed, 
- keep communications positive, act ethically, and present the company’s product or service in a positive and appropriate way.

If the materials include images of other individuals (children, relatives …) for whom the company has no consent, the company accepts no responsibility for the content. The ambassador confirms in advance that they have a cooperation agreement with such persons or confirmed consent for the use of the materials.

3. Copyright

The ambassador permits Be Healthy Group d.o.o. to use all content created during the collaboration in its marketing activities (website, social media …). The ambassador agrees that Be Healthy Group d.o.o. acquires all intellectual property rights related to posts and marketing materials created within the campaign. Materials provided by the ambassador may be used indefinitely, including after the collaboration ends.

4. Payment and Ambassador Rights

Once the ambassador creates/publishes the content and submits it to the company, they are entitled to the compensation agreed via email with Be Healthy Group d.o.o. The ambassador may terminate the collaboration in writing at any time.

This agreement takes effect upon online confirmation of consent and constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, superseding all prior oral and written communications. The company reserves the right to amend these collaboration terms. In the event of a dispute, both parties will endeavour to reach an amicable resolution.
